Serotonin Wellness and Education Evening Session

Are you more confused than ever about health and wellness?

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed and anxious when you think about wellbeing and what you should be doing daily? Been thinking of doing crazy juice cleanses?

 It’s no wonder it's left you adopting a ‘give up’ approach to looking after yourself…

Serotonin wants to remove the complexity and confusion by offering a Serotonin Education evening session. Our panel of industry leaders will be bringing it back to the basics and providing insight into various ways of looking after yourself over a three-course degustation. 

 You will leave with:

  • An understanding of what practices will work for you; e.g naturopathy, Chinese medicine, acupuncture...
  • Access to industry experts in their fields (Emily’s personal go-to specialists!)
  • An open floor for asking all the questions you may have in relation to YOUR health
  • Participate and delve deeply into gut health, intolerances and the dreaded bloat- think of this as a roadmap for obtaining optimal health 
  • Learn how to identify symptoms and have a better understanding of who to see for what

Remove the confusion and allow yourself to take back control of your health! We can guarantee you will leave this evening session feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, motivated, inspired and high on positive vibes with some added wisdom and taste buds that will feel alive! ;)

We’re bringing you back into nature where you won't be able to wipe that smile off your face -despite having an increased heart rate ;) Get your endorphins pumping, raise those positive vibrations and increase your weekend productivity by starting your weekend with an hour of movement surrounded by high vibed motivated *happies!


In Melbourne for 1 weekend only! We are bringing you two of our favourite Serotonin Exercise trainers; Andrew Pap and David ‘POW’ Tabain! In Melbourne for the Fitness Expo, the duo is making a special morning appearance at Serotonin Exercise to help you kick your weekend off right!


You will leave this session buzzing, smiling and ignited (warning, slight shortness of breath may occur!) After the session, maintain that high vibe with some soulful chats and nourishing food in the Serotonin HQ- the perfect post-workout fuel. Think smoothies, caffeine hits, alternative lattes, juices, home-made mylks… the list goes on!


Needing to treat your taste buds? We have a selection of healthy ‘cheat meals’ like our Positive pancakes that are rich in vitamins and minerals, as well as resistant starch to keep you fuller for longer and smiling from the inside out!

Scared about coming alone? Don't be!
Majority arrive alone, but after getting close and sweaty together, we build a strong bond!

- Bring your runners, a towel and/or yoga mat, drink bottle and a smile
- All fitness levels welcome - Full Body Workout followed by a recovery stretching sequence
- We train rain, hail or shine
- Head over to the happiness HQ for your post workout refuel and ask any health and fitness related questions to Andrew and Dave
