A plant based savoury french toast made of quinoa, pumpkin, sunflower and chia seed toast, dipped in vegan miso “egg” wash to create a savoury French toast. Topped with truffle portobello mushrooms, house-made pink vegan cashew cheese, parsley, kale, beetroot relish and balsamic baby onions.
